Deze schitterende TVR Griffith 500 heeft eigenlijk alles wat een echte sportwagen nodig heeft. Een prachtig ontwerp, een bijzonder lichte auto en een zeer krachtige motor. De TVR Griffith werd geproduceerd in Engeland van 1990 tot 2002. Deze oorspronkelijk in Engeland geleverde kwam in 1995 op de weg en is ongeveer 10 jaar later naar Nederland gekomen. Al die jaren is de auto met zeer veel zorg onderhouden. Dat is onder andere zichtbaar in de volledig gedocumenteerde onderhoudshistorie.

Over het uiterlijk van deze engelse sportwagen kunnen we kort zijn. Het stijlvolle, krachtige en sportieve ontwerp in combinatie met de schitterende kleur is een lust voor het oog. Het lakwerk is nog in prima conditie en ook het interieur verkeert in bijzonder goede staat. De cabrioletkap is recent volledig vernieuwd. De zwart lederen stoelen zitten bijzonder comfortabel. Het dashboard heeft met de aluminium inleg een sportieve look, wat perfect bij deze auto past. De auto is overigens voorzien van een startonderbreker.

Onder de motorkap ziet alles er ook keurig uit. Het prachtige 5.0 liter V8 motorblok is al een lust voor het ook. Maar met de gemonteerde Edelbrock 500 Caburateurs (voor betere bedrijfszekerheid) is het geheel compleet. De motor levert ongeveer 350 pk en dat maakt deze TVR Griffith tot een bijzonder pure sportwagen. De auto rijdt en stuurt heerlijk. Ook de remmen werken perfect en voelen solide aan. Schakelen gaat heel soepel en door de korte pook heerlijk sportief.

De auto is met zeer veel liefde en zorg onderhouden. De originele gebruikershandleiding is aanwezig en het serviceboekje is keurig afgestempeld. Daarnaast is de volledige onderhoudshistorie gedocumenteerd aanwezig. Dat maakt deze TVR Griffith 500 al extra bijzonder. We zijn daarom trots dat we deze unieke en zeldzame sportwagen in de collectie mogen aanbieden.

This beautiful TVR Griffith 500 actually has everything a real sports car needs. A beautiful design, a very light car and a very powerful engine. The TVR Griffith was produced in England from 1990 to 2002. Originally delivered in England, it hit the road in 1995 and came to the Netherlands about 10 years later. The car has been maintained with a lot of care all these years. This is visible, among other things, in the fully documented maintenance history.

We can be brief about the appearance of this English sports car. The stylish, powerful and sporty design in combination with the beautiful color is a feast for the eyes. The paintwork is still in excellent condition and the interior is also in exceptionally good condition. The convertible top has recently been completely renewed. The black leather seats are particularly comfortable. The dashboard has a sporty look with the aluminum inlay, which suits this car perfectly. The car is also equipped with an immobilizer.

Everything under the hood also looks neat. The beautiful 5.0 liter V8 engine is a pleasure too. But with the mounted Edelbrock 500 Caburetors (for better operational reliability) the whole thing is complete. The engine produces approximately 350 hp and that makes this TVR Griffith a particularly pure sports car. The car drives and steers wonderfully. The brakes also work perfectly and feel solid. Shifting is very smooth and wonderfully sporty thanks to the short lever.

The car has been maintained with a lot of love and care. The original user manual is present and the service booklet is neatly stamped. In addition, the complete maintenance history is documented.
